As per German Law, we, firstclasstravel.de of Reiseservice Graw, being a tour operator, not a travel agent, have to insure your travel money against our own insolvency. Our partner for this obligation is R+V Versicherung, German market leader.

... is very easy: We will require the full names of all people travelling (if children, their birthday), your postal adress for our confirmation / invoice, favourite hotel with selected room type, and, of course, your favourite travel dates.

Accepted payment methods are bank transfer (US$ to our US$ bank account), credit card (VISA or MC) or PayPal. When you pay by credit card, your cc details are enough to secure your reservation. We will draft credit card payments no earlier than 3-4 weeks prior to your arrival. With all other payments methods a deposit of 10% will be neccessary. The remaining amount is due 3-4 weeks prior to your arrival at the destination. After having received your money, we will send out your travel documents (which can be speeded up if you pay earlier).
