The Jumeirah Beach Hotel is one of the most luxurious Five Star Hotels on the Jumeira Beach shoreline of Dubai. This 26-storey hotel, designed in the shape of a breaking wave, has 618 oceanfront rooms. Each room offers a minimum of 50 sqm, which is larger in size compared to most international hotels.
The pavillion Marina provides moorings for more than 50 yachts and a wide range of watersports from windsurfing to sailing or deep sea fishing. A purpose-built coral reef some two kilometers offshore provides the ideal destination for scuba divers. Four swimming pools and 900 meters of private beach is the perfect setting for outdoor pusuits. The Marina & Sports Club features the Nautilus Gym, Aerobics studio, three Championship squash courts, a Health Spa with three hot pools, a cold plunge pool, a jacuzzi and massage treatment rooms. A nice tennis match in the evening is possible on one of the seven floodlit tennis courts. Of course, the Jumeirah Beach Hotel Hotel has a Children´s Club for families with fully supervised activities from arts and crafts to a whole range of water sports.
In August 1999 the world´s most technologically advanced and largest water theme park WILD WADI was opened to the public. Situated beside The Jumeirah Beach Hotel, with private access for hotel guests, Wild Wadi offers 24 water rides which are mainly interconnected and altogether an incredible 1.7 km long. The access to Wild Wadi is FOC for hotel guests.
The Jumeirah Beach Hotel features 20 food and beverage outlets offering a tremendous blend of cultures and tastes from all over the world including Argentinean at La Parilla, Lebanese / Arabic at Al Khayal, seafood offshore at the edge of the breakwater at The Marina Seafood Pavillion, or Italian at Carnevale.
Important note: Between May 01st and mid of September 2012 the hotel will upgrade 188 rooms in the south wing and also some restaurants on this side of the hotel. The renovation works will take place from 10am till 6pm. The hotel will do its utmost to keep disturbance as low as possible.
