The Dhidhoofinolhu Island, one of the largest islands in the Maldives, 1.8 km long and 200 m across, is found at about 104 km south of Malé in the Ari atoll with a 25 minutes flying time by seaplane. The Diva Maldives is found on the island and is a real haven of tranquility, with lush tropical vegetation running alongside 4 km of white sandy beaches. Diva Maldives is surrounded by a magnificent, sheltered lagoon, rich in marine life, with the wonderful spectacle of rays and colorful tropical fish swimming around. Accommodation at Diva Maldives: Diva Maldives will offer to its guests, 48 junior suites (about 65 sqm), 12 Beach pool villas (about 116 sqm), 45 Beach villas (about 95 sqm), 84 Water villas (about 80 sqm), 3 Family water villas on stilts (about 129 sqm) and 1 Presidential water villa on stilts over the lagoon (about 288 sqm). All villas have private and furnished terrace with direct lagoon access and some villas have a private pool. They are all equipped with Air-conditioning, A bathroom with bath, separate toilet and separate shower, Satellite Telephone with direct international dialing, LCD TV screen with built-in DVD, Mini bar, Safe, Hair-dryer and Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities
Diva Maldives offers to its guests a very large variety of restaurants, the East restaurant, the resort's main restaurant, standing on stilts over the water, with a wonderful view out over the lagoon, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, featuring, amongst others, Cambodian, Indonesian, Thai, Sri Lankan, Hong Kong and Chinese-style buffets. For guests looking for some European savour with a touch of Arabic influence, inspired by North-African, Lebanese, Indian and Indian Ocean cuisines will find these at the Senses restaurant. Italian cuisine will be served at the Allegria and Japanese cuisine at the Pure restaurant lying on stilts over the ocean. The different Bars, found all over the island, will offer a large variety of Champagne, Wine and international brands and cocktails.
Activities at the Diva Maldives: A Swimming Pool, Diving, Snorkeling, windsurfing, rubber-ring rides, water-skiing, jet skiing, pedal boats, kayaks, catamaran trips, table tennis, 2 floodlit tennis courts, Gym, billiards, table football, video games and different excursions. The Resort also offers a Spa and a Mini Club.
