La Pirogue Hotel, named after the typical fishing Boat of Mauritius, is located on one of the most famous Beach of Mauritius in Flic en Flac on the West Coast. Designed like a small fishing village, like its main building looking like a white sails floating, the hotel offers the perfect Mauritian feeling and hospitality with Rooms built in local volcanic rock and crowned with wood and thatch.
To keep the traditional creole style of the Hotel, all 4 Restaurants and 3 Bar, are built in a nice creole style and offer a large variety of themed cuisine like the live cooking shows at the Thatches, main Restaurant, or the small romantic pavilions of Paul & Virginie with a la carte Pizzas or Sea food to the light snacks at the Citronella’s Café. The Bars will offer a great variety of Cocktails or international Brands. The Hotel also offers a Mini-Club and a Spa
Accommodation at La Pirogue Hotel: Nicely built in a small tropical garden, the 200 Standard Rooms (about 25 sqm), 46 Superior Rooms (about 35 sqm) and the 2 Royal Suites (about 78 sqm), are all built on ground floor with a terrace. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning, a bathroom with separate bath and shower, mini-bar; safe, hair-dryer, television set with satellite channels, Tea and coffee making facilities, The Superior guestrooms are situated closer to the sea.
Activities at La Pirogue Hotel: Free of charge: windsurfing, Water Ski, Kayaking, laser-sailing, pedal boats, glass-bottom-boat rides, snorkeling, sailing, aqua gym, tennis, aerobics, stretching and yoga classes, basketball, handball, mini-football, mini-golf, ping-pong, beach volleyball, badminton. At extra costs: Diving, Big Game Fishing, Under Sea Walk, Parasailing, Catamaran excursions, Mountain Bike and Golf at either the Tamarina Golf Course or at Le Touessrok Hotel
Our basic arrangement for 5 nights includes the following services:
