AL BANDAR is the Heart of the Resort with sumptuous restaurants, shopping options, the conference centre and the lively piazza: 170 DeLuxe rooms with 40sqm (two with wheelchair access and 45sqm), 14 Premier Rooms (50sqm), 12 Regular Suites with 80sqm and 02 DeLuxe Suites with a grand total of 120sqm.
Wedding travelers with minimum stay of 6 nights receive a Chi Spa Massage for 2, fruit and flowers in the room.

Upon 06 June 2009 on the right side of Al Waha a wave breaker will be built in the sea and works will take about 50 days.
