Hotel and meal rates are inclusive of currently applicable taxes and service charges. Any change in Government taxes, currency exchange rate will be implemented with immediate effect

1. Early departure
Full charges will be applied in the event of early check out in accordance with the original reservation and
accompanying vouhcer, received by the hotel at the time of check-in
2. Minimum length of stay / supplements
The hotel reserves the right to apply a minimum length of stay during any festive season, or special events in the country
with notice of 45 days in writing. In the event a booking is confirmed prior to the notice, the reservation will be honored as reserved.
Should the hotel communicate a minimum stay period the hotel will allow a grace period of 24 hours for bookings made prior to communicate date
A supplement of USD 53.00 per room per night will apply xmas/ new year period from 24 dec 10 - 31 Dec 2011 and 23 Dec 12 - 01 Jan 13

3. Maximum number of persons per room / children policy
1.A maximum number of 3 persons can be accommodated in each room with an extra bed to be provided for the 3rd person - with the exception family room
2. Family rooms are provided with 2 double beds, and may accommodate an additional single rollaway bed. Max. person in Family room is 5.
2.Children up to the age of 12 years sharing the parents' room will be accommodated free of charge on ROOM ONLY basis
and break fast will be charged at 50 % of the published price inclusive of service charges and tax
3. For a third adult sharing double room the additional cost will be usd 55.00 which includes the charge of a roll away bed, and breakfast and taxes

The hotel offers a new years Eve Gala Party for which reservations should be made at the time of booking. The gala dinner carries a supplement of

7. Check in / check out time
The hotel's check-in time is 14:00 hrs
The hotel's check-out time is 12:00 hrs noon time. If a late check-out is requested (between 12:00 noon and 18:00 hrs)
advance reservation at an additional charge 50% of the applicable room rate is required.
Any early check-in / late check-out are offered subject to availability and must be confirmed by the hotel in
wrighting prior to arrival!
8. CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
Cancellation Whithin 21 days of arrival full stay will be charged

During Special Even periods
Christmas / New year and Easter 24th Dec 11 - 01 Jan 2012, cancellations recevied within 30 days
will be charged full stay as booked.
