Located 85km north of Victoria and 30 minutes flight from Mahé, the private island DENIS ISLAND RESORT boasts a newly refurbished lodge comprising 25 distinctive, well-appointed cottages.

Denis Island’s rich vegetation with its fertile soil and lush greenery is home to roaming tortoises and nesting sea birds and also boasts excellent nature walks. Situated on the edge of the Seychelles Bank, where Marlin and record–breaking tuna are to be found, Denis Island Lodge is an ideal base for deep-sea fishing expeditions.

Amenities: Restaurant, bar, boutique, tennis court, T.V. and games room, water-sports. Scuba diving, Big game, Deep sea and Fly fishing are available with a supplement. Gentlemen are required to wear long trousers after 19.30 hrs at the hotel lobby, bar and restaurant. The romantic ambiance of the resort makes it the ideal venue for honeymoons while the excellent cuisine will please the palate of the most exacting gourmet. Denis also offers tennis, windsurfing, canoeing, snorkelling, unrivalled swimming and diving and, of course, sunbathing on white sand beaches.

All cottages are spacious and decorated with a tropical creole feel. Each cottage has its own private sea-facing verandah, sundeck and courtyard Accommodation at Denis Island - Bedroom: Spacious room featuring double bed fitted with “baldaquin” and mosquito net. All rooms have ceiling fans inside and outside, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Lounge: The lounge is equipped with mini-bar and tea/coffee making facilities. Bathroom: The bathroom features a double vanity, separate WC & bidet, bath and separate double shower. Courtyard: Opening up from the bathroom and garden is a private courtyard with an outside hot and cold shower.
