Desroches Island, remote and unspoiled, is the largest island of the Amirantes group situated 250km or a 35 minute flight from Mahé. Secreted beneath the shade of coconut palms, the Desroches Island Resort has immaculate beaches, crystal blue waters and is protected by its own coral reef.

The resort boasts 20 Junior Suites against a backdrop of powder-soft sands and waving palms. Rich in corals and marine life, Desroches offers excellent opportunities for diving, deep-sea and fly-fishing and other facilities such as windsurfs, canoes, pedalos and laser mini-sails.

Activities include tennis on the floodlight court, petanque (bowls) and practice on the Golf Range. Big game fishing, fly fishing, diving, boat excursion to other islands are available at extra cost.

Amenities: 2 Restaurants (1 rustic open air main restaurant and 1 Feet-in-sand beach restaurant), bar, boutique, swimming pool, TV and video room, diving center, tennis court & indoor games.

Accommodation at Desroches Island Resort: Bath with shower facility, air-conditioning, ceiling fan in the lounge area, IDD telephone, mini bar, hairdryer, room safe, king-sized bed with mosquito net, private terrace. Extra bed / cot on request. All the Junior Suites are sea-facing.

Included in our Basic Package for 5 nights are the following services:

• 5 nights accomodation in a double room on indicated meal plan (halfboard beginning with the dinner on day of arrival and ending with the breakfast on departure day)

All Inclusive includes: 3 meals per day, tea and coffee, local spirits, beer, soft drinks, housewine, all non motorized sports, land- and water activities.

Honeymooners receive special rates for a minimum stay of 4 nights. Additional: a 30-minutes massager and a candle light dinner. Only valid until 9 months after wedding (wedding certificate to be presented upton check in)

Freenights during 07.01.2011 - 06.01.2012: stay 6 nights – pay 5 nights, stay 10 nights – pay 8 nights.
