   ACTIVITIES FREE OF CHARGE: Scuba Diving instruction by the pool, Sunfish & Hobie Cat Sailing, windsurfing, Sea Kayaking, Snorkeling, Mountain Bicycles, Hiking, Rock Gym, guided Nature walks, Garden Table Experience, Beach BBQ, Picnics, Glacis Cerf High Tea, Tree House Dining. Additional services at a charge: Transfers to / from Mahe or other islands, all alcoholic beverages, laundry service, scuba diving and certification, boat charters, baby sitting (on request), telephone & fax services, massage & reflexology in the Rock Spa.

There are 14 one Bedroom Villas with separate bedroom & living room, 1 big bathroom and 1 small bathroom, inside shower, 2 outside showers, vanity area, private sundeck, private pool, jacuzzi, daybed pavillion, dinning pavillion, private golf buggy at the guests disposal. Each villa with kingsize bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, TV, DVD, CD-Player, Wireless Interness Access, tea & coffee making facilities and mini-bar. Convertable sofa beds available in living room for children, private butler service. The 2 two Bedroom Villas additionally have one extra bedroom with 1 indoor and 1 outdoor shower.

Included in our Basic Package for 5 nights are the following services:

• 5 nights accomodation in a double room on indicated meal plan (halfboard beginning with the dinner on day of arrival and ending with the breakfast on departure day)

For all flight transfers please be aware that the maximum of baggage allowance per person is limited to 15kg per person. It is recommended to take soft luggage instead of suitcases.

Cancellation 33-19 days prior to arrival : 50% of Total Booking Charge.
Cancellation 18-00 days prior to arrival : 90% of Total Booking Charge.
