Hotel Constance Relais & Chateaux Lemuria Resort - this new 5-star luxury resort with its golf course is situated on the northwest coast of Praslin. The hotel has 88 suites (8 Senior Suites and 80 Junior suites) organized along the seaside and spread over 90 hectares of land. The main building lies on the slopes of a hill, overlooking the beaches of Anse Kerland and the greenery. A unique and striking use of natural materials, of wood and stone, responds sympathetically with the light and water. All the suites are facing the lagoon.

Amenities: The swimmingpool has three levels with the water flowing down from the hotel building to the sea. Three restaurants (lunch and dinner are served “à la carte” – guests will be charged by the hotel locally), four bars (lounge, seaside, Club House), 2 boutiques, meeting room, turtle club for children at extra cost, library, fitness center.

Accommodation at The Lemuria Resort: 88 deluxe Suites, with palm leaf roofs, have been built with natural raw materials such as wood, marble and stone with 8 additional deluxe villas with private swimming pool and a Presidential Suite All rooms with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, Telephone, TV & VCD, mini-bar, hair-dryer, bathroom with bath/shower/wc and terrace or balcony. The Lemuria´s Pool Villas have a private plunge pool, with sunken dining area & service by a Villa Master. The Presidential Villa also has an executive office, private staff with personal chef & security, as well as its own Golf Cart. Note: There are no interconnecting suites - access to adjoining suites is via the terrace / balcony.

Payable activities: SPA, Massage, body care, beautician and hairdresser , two floodlit tennis courts.

Water sports:

Transfers to reach the beautiful island of Praslin: Ferry transfers on the "Cat Cocos" Ferry (45 minutes)

Children in the hotel:
Children less than 18 years in own suite: for all stays between 07.01.-22.12.2012: 40 % Reduction on Adult Rate, For all stays between 23.12.2011-06.01.2012, 23.12.2012-06.01.2013: 30% reduction on Adult Rate.

Children (3-11 Years) in Extra bed: maximum 1 Extra Bed per Junior Suite, 2 Extra beds in Senior Suite are allowed. Supplement as per table above. Children less than 2 Yeasr stay free of Charge

Teenager / Adult im Extr Bed: Only 1 Extra bed in the Senior Suite possible. Supplement as per Tabel above

Special Offers from the Hotel:

Summer Offer: for all stays between 01.05.-01.07.2012 receive 30% Reduction on the Villa Rate. Valid in all Villa categories. Not Valid for extra bed Adult or Children. Not valid for Single Parent travelling with Child less than 12 Years. Not combinable with any other offer.

Special reduction for Junior and Senior Suites when staying at hotel between 01.03.-15.04.2012 (=last departure from hotel). Valid for bookings received by latest 31.03.2012: 30% reduction on suite rate including breakfast.
