North Island provides an unspoilt tropical heaven of peace and tranquility with a year-round beach and island experience.

North Island offers a central dining area, lounge, library, pool and a health SPA & Gym. A full butler service offers optional in-villa dining and picnics on secluded beaches. In the fulboard alcohol-free beverages are contained. Alcoholic beverages (cocktails & Drinks from the reserve list) to be paid directly locally.

Accommodation on North Island: 12 handcrafted villas with double bedded Master Bedroom, ensuite bathroom with indoor/outdoor shower. Second bedroom with two single beds, en-suite wash-room/w.c and adjoining open-air shower cubicle on the sun deck. The second bedroom with an office-cum-indoor lounge, internet connection,

sun-deck, plunge pool; private service kitchen and personal valet. 1 electric Buggy per Villa, safe, hairdryer, bathrobes, telephones, ceiling fan, air-conditioning, TV, DVDplayer; a central dining room, lounge, library, pool and a health spa and gym. A full butler service offers optional in-villa dining and picnics on secluded beaches.

Activities on North Island include swimming, snorkelling, reef and wall scuba diving, massage and health therapy, gymnasium, nature walks, mountain biking, deep sea and fly fishing, windsurfing, guided sea kayaking, and yacht charter.
Yacht charter and Golf at the Lemuria Resort on Praslin (requires helicopter transfers).

The prices contain all alcoholic and alcohol-free beverages and cocktails (except Premium Brand beverages), diving and diving courses, kayaking, half day fish routes, 1 Buggy for each Villa, use of the Mountainbikes, internet access (use against fee).

Included in our Basic Package for 5 nights are the following services:

• 5 nights accomodation in a double room on indicated meal plan (halfboard beginning with the dinner on day of arrival and ending with the breakfast on departure day)
• Standard transfers in a private car from / to the airport (Mahé)
• Assistance by a representative of our local agency
• Detailed travel documents with travel guide
• Insurance against tour operator insolvency as per German Law - your money is safe!

Optional we can arrange for a Privilege-Package at Euro 90,00 per couple (supplement per child from 2 –11 years Euro 30,00). This package includes:

• VIP Meet & Greet inside the airport
• „Fast-Track“ for immigration
• Help with the immigration formalities and at the baggage claim
• Cold towel and minearl water at the exit of the airport
• Welcome present
• Welcome package which includes your personal itinerary, a map of Seychelles, a brochure of available excursions, a card with gives reductions in many shops and a prepaid-mobile (Starter-Pack)

North Island reserves the right to remain private.
Therefore we won´t publish any rates but will be pleased to make an individual offer for your favourite travel dates!

With the booking a non-refundable deposit of 20% has to be paid. – rest to be paid by 60 days prior to arrival

until 64 days prior to arrival 20% charges, 
between 63 – 36 days prior to arrival 45% charges
between 35 – 29 days prior to arrival 50%  charges
between 28 -18 days prior to arrival 60% charges
from 17 days prior to arrival 100% will be charged
