Mpumalanga is big game country and the majority of South African game lodges are situated here. The lodges cover a range of styles, from rustic comfort to ultra luxury. Several countries bordering South Africa have subsequently agreed to take down some fences, and those between Kruger and Mozambique's Limpopo National Park and Zimbabwe's Gonarezhou, have been demolished to create the Greater Limpopo Transfrontier Park.
